Traditional Belgian truffles
According the Belgian tradition, truffles have a butter based
center and various flavors and coatings:
- Coconut truffle
- Bourbon truffle
- Butter truffle
- Hazelnut truffle
- Orange truffle
Note that not all truffles are available at
all times and that the shelf life is shorter than with
traditional products.
American style truffles
A variety of fillings from our current assortment (see Filled
Chocolates or Album)
is available in these ball shaped truffles in dark, milk or white
chocolate finished with various coatings.
Flavors of fillings include: amaretto, caramel, Champagne, cherry,
chocolate, cinnamon, Cognac, hazelnut, lime, peppermint, mocha,
orange, raspberry, rum, strawberry.
