Belvedere Factory
Though the
years, we have developed and fine-tuned a new and innovative way
of handcrafting pralines and truffles of superior quality, which
few chocolatiers across the world, on a small or large scale,
will be able to match.
Belvedere
pralines and truffles are made fresh, using all natural
ingredients, from week to week according to incoming orders. We
don't have to worry about an inventory, which could remain
unsold, meanwhile may go bad and thus ends up as a loss in the
books.
Our pralines are never frozen for whatever reason unlike with
other big names in this business.
How do we do it ?
That's a well kept secret you will know when you become a
Belvedere Chocolatier.
Our
factory or chocolaterie (as we would call it in Belgium) located
in Castle Rock, Colorado, USA has currently production lines in
6 different types of chocolate plus a whole range of chocolate
figurines, all made with the same high quality chocolate, so
your customers won't have shop anywhere else for chocolate. We
have the know-how and experience and we are eager to pass on the
tradition to the next generation.
Besides all that, we are able to make quality molds in house -
not the floppy kind that break after a while. A very fast
turnaround for customized products, intended for small
production series is a reality.
A Belvedere
Factory is a total solution, an opportunity offered world wide.
The size or production capacity can be anything from very small
to a large operation.
We will design a floor plan, make a list of all the equipment
you need, where to buy the equipment. Our Belgian master-chocolatier
will teach you everything you need to know about chocolate and
how to use it. Our successful recipes will be shared and
explained; you can count on us for new recipe development, as
well as how to select ingredients from the local market.
We will show you how to manage the whole manufacturing process,
to control costs, which also includes the implementation of our
unique software tools.
We will help you with designing a web site. We will share our
libraries with various product documentation, all time consuming
stuff you don't need to work through.
Last
but least, we like to bust the myth : you cannot master the art
of creating pralines from a book or by following an online
class. Compare this: to become a chocolatier in Belgium and to
call yourself a Belgian chocolatier, you're looking at a
two-year course solely focused on chocolate!
